This is a great snack that will serve 4 of your closest friends!

Ingredients

  • 3  cups of nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 pint of strawberries (fresh or frozen strawberries)
  • 1 cup of granola

Instructions

  1. Layer 1/3 cup of yogurt into the bottom of four tall glasses.
  2. Add strawberries.
  3. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top.
  4. Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
