Exercising and staying fit are important, but sometimes it’s hard to find a moment to fit a workout in. When that happens, a full body workout can be a quick and easy way to work all of your muscles in a short amount of time! Here’s a simple, full body workout you can try this week. For optimal results,  try to complete this 3x/week!

  • Pull-Ups (8-10 reps)
  • Squats (15-17 reps)
  • Push-Ups (8-10 reps)
  • Calf-Raises (15-17 reps)

Repeat 3x.
